MANGO SMOOTHIE RECIPE
      As the Seasons rolls on to bring along the memories of reminiscent past filled with nature, colours and smell. My memories linger through these beautiful arrays of thoughts with the arrival of Summer.  Mangoes bring a lot of sweet memories and thoughts into my mind rather than any other fruit or vegetable. Recently I was in midst of preparing quite a lot of dishes with Raw and Ripe Mangoes.
      Eating Fruits and Vegetables in a preferred way makes it more comfortable and refreshing. When it masquerades itself in the form of a dessert or a smoothie it would be a more perfect guilt-free excuse. Mango Smoothie is a delicious fruit smoothie that comes together in minutes.
     Mangoes are one versatile fruit which can be converted into delicious smoothies or desserts. The soft pulp of the fruit is used for preparing beverages, desserts, smoothies, and candy, as well as it is loaded with a wealth of traditional medical treatments that are used in many parts of the world.

       The impressive health benefits of Mango include its ability to

HOW TO MAKE MANGO SMOOTHIE RECIPE


INGREDIENTS :

Mango - 2 Fruits
Milk - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Ice Cubes - 1 Cup

METHOD :

  • Peel and Cut the fruit by the sides, cut mangoes into small pieces and discard the seed.
  • Blend the Mango pieces, Milk, Ice cubes and Sugar in a blender. 
  • Puree until all the ingredients are smooth, creamy, and sugar is well dissolved.
  • Pour it out into serving glasses.
  • Served chilled.

NOTES :

  • Grinding the ice cubes with the fruit yields a perfectly chilled and thick smoothie.
  • Can substitute Sugar with Honey.
  • Adjust the amount of Sugar/Honey to suit your taste preference.

How to select the Fruit?

  • Choose slightly soft (when pressed outside) Mangoes.
  • Some varieties have a fruity aroma when ripe. 
  • Use your own experience with the Mango variety when it comes to colour and smell.
